Ivan's mind turned, and he looked at Scabbers with fire in his eyes.

The risk of an Animagus transfiguration was extremely high, and countless talented wizards and witches had fallen victim to it, resulting in only seven Animagi being registered in the wizarding world.

There were probably no more than thirty people, even if you counted those who were careful to conceal their lack of registration.

It was obvious how difficult it was to transform!

Until then, if one could analyze the body of an Animagus, the risk of transformation might be greatly reduced.

Ivan's gaze was followed by everyone else's.

Ron was now holding the grayish-black rat down on the table, and it was trembling under the gaze of three pairs of eyes that were glistening with tears.

He simply couldn't understand what Hogwart's house had been like all these years. Even first year wizards were so brutal…

"Ron, let me help you. I haven't used the Stunning Spell yet." Hermione felt sorry for it and decided to knock it out so that Ron wouldn't suffer too much during his experiments.

However, Scabbers did not dare to let these cruel little wizards touch him again. He, who had a strong desire to live, was now possessed by a drama queen. After witnessing the tragic death of his own kind, he let out a scream, rolled his eyes, kicked his legs, and lay motionless on the table, looking like he was about to die.

Ron didn't want to try it, as Scabbers was his pet and his mother wouldn't buy him a second one if he accidentally killed Scabbers like Harry.

Scabbers, pretending to be dead, breathed a sigh of relief when he heard Ron's words, but in the next second, there was a flash of light and Scabbers passed out.

"Ivan? If Scabbers is going to be like this, why don't we just forget it?" Ron asked with a frown.

"I'm not Harry and I'm not going to hurt Scabbers," Yvonne reassured him, then continued.

"If anything goes wrong, I'll buy you a brand-new one. Owl, mouse, toad, cat."

"It's important for the Transfiguration I have to practice!" Ivan said, looking at Ron.

Ron looked at Scabbers, who was black and ugly, and thought about the new pets in the pet shop, and quickly made a decision.

"Well, if it helps you." Ron placed Scabbers on the table.

"Of course, I promise he'll live." Ivan smiled, unsurprised by Ron's decision.

Ron cared so much about Scabbers because it was one of the few things he had.

Although this pet was also a gift from his older brothers…

After retrieving the unconscious Scabbers, Ivan carefully placed his wand on the rat's head and injected a small amount of magic into it to test it. He found that Scabbers's internal structure was exactly the same as when he analyzed the other rats.

If Ivan hadn't been able to see Scabbers missing a claw, he would never have been able to identify him as Peter Pettigrew.

It seems that the Animagus is far more magical than he imagined…

Ivan's interest was piqued, and he increased the flow of his magic, examining every flesh cell in Scabbers's body. It was only when his head was filled with magic that Ivan noticed a slight difference.

It seemed to be protected by something, and Ivan hesitated, not daring to continue.

This was because he wasn't sure what would happen to Scabbers's mind if he used his magic to analyse it. If he accidentally disarmed the Animagus and woke Peter Pettigrew, the others in the carriage would be in danger.

In fact, Ivan had considered using the Marauder's Map to inform on Peter and remove a potential threat to him.

However, on second thought, he dismissed the idea.

Ministry officials would most likely hate to admit that their ineptitude in capturing a hero who resisted the Death Eaters and torturing him in Azkaban for over a decade…

So we'll just have to wait for everyone involved to arrive, then throw them all at Dumbledore…

[Ding, after practice, your Transfiguration Spell proficiency has increased…]

The system prompt sounded, and Ivan handed Scabbers back to Ron without hesitation. Although he did not actually decipher the secrets of the Animagus, Ivan understood that the brain was presumably the most critical and dangerous part of the transformation.

That's enough…

"Woo…"

With a clear roar, the Redskins train rolled to a halt on the platform, smoke billowing from its tracks.

Ivan packed their bags and placed the dead rats on the table in the Maca's cage.

Completely clean and uncontaminated …

Scabbers, who had just woken up and was curled up in Ron's pocket, shuddered at the sight.

Outside the carriage, the young wizards lined up to get out of the carriage. However, there were no professors to guide them, so when the carriage door was opened, it became crowded. On the way, someone accidentally knocked over the cage containing the toads, and the toads inside escaped. It was unknown if they were trampled to death.

As Yvonne was pushed forward, she went through her final rehearsals, wondering what her first meeting with her family would be like. What should she say first? How should she behave?

Did he remember his mother, Alicia, having a good, even doting relationship with him?

Ivan, as his replacement, was worried about whether his acting would pass. He could not pretend to miss his long-lost wife.

Fortunately, the original owner of the body also seemed to be repulsed by Alicia's coddling, to the point where he often got into arguments with her.

"Ivan, come on down, why do you look so distracted?" Harry jumped out of the car, carrying his large suitcase with both hands.

"It's nothing. I was just a little excited about going home." Ivan shook his head when he heard the young wizard urging him to hurry, and hurried after him.

Together, they crossed Platform Nine and Three-quarters, and Ivan experienced the thrill of going through walls, which was a bit like going through a secret passage on the fourth floor.

London Station, compared to the other side of the wall, had a modern feel to it, with its smooth tiled floors, open concourse, and occasional honking in the distance.

He always felt like he was living in the Middle Ages.

Perhaps because it was also the peak hour for Muggles, the station was more or less crowded, with Muggle pedestrians in suits and shoes, as well as a large number of parents of minor wizards, most of whom had changed into Muggle clothes, even if there were a few exceptions…
