Alexander Foster didn't speak but quietly put everything back into the first aid box. He then got up and went to the bathroom to wash his hands.

His face was as cold as ice.

Chloe Collins scratched her head, feeling quite vexed.

She had assured him before the game that she wouldn't get hurt, but she had broken her promise.

Alexander came out of the bathroom, but didn't come back. Instead, he opened the door to leave.

"Hey——"

The door closed.

Chloe frowned, about to follow him out.

The door opened again.

Alex returned carrying a fruit tray and on his phone, ordering food to be delivered.

Once he finished the call, he also came over and sat beside Chloe.

Chloe lowered her head and smiled, her heart suddenly filled with fulfillment. This feeling was wonderful, allowing her to relax both physically and emotionally.

He held a peeled banana near her mouth, but when she reached to take it, Alex drew his hand away.

"Just sit still, behave yourself," he said softly.
