I have always considered it to be a very much contradicting concept. Knowing that I always served people what they had truly earned keeps me happy and serene. They could play their passive aggressive bullshit games and I would smile, nod, and give every impression that I was the gracious looser of the battle. Well, it's not a complete lie, I am a gracious looser in battle but in war I show no mercy.

You know the saying keep your friends close, but you enemies closer. I liked it best when my enemies are right in arms reach, that way I could bask in their frustrations as they come to me for sympathy.

I hung up the phone and looked around seeing the others having amused smirks on their faces. Here we are in the Forgotten City battle room enjoying our breakfast while watching Oscar lose his shit. Poet had hacked into Myers's security system the day he summoned Apollo. I must admit watching him ridicule Vanessa is quite entertaining.
