I stiffen when Sasha mentions the prospect of claiming an omega. "I won't be forced into a marriage like you were." I rasp. "There is no need for that. You had to find an omega then because it was crucial, and you were talking over the Triple Triads then. Your case isn't the same as mine. No one cares if I am attached to an omega. I have plenty of time to look for one."

"That's true." He shrugs. "I was pushed in a marriage, yes, but look at me now. I am happy. Tyler is the best thing that ever happened to me."

I shake my head. "Tyler is special." If I'm being honest, I even have a bit of a crush on Tyler. He is Syosset and funny. My brother was truly of luck when he was forced to marry Tyler. "The odds of me finding a good omega like Tyler are slim. And I'm not ready to claim an omega yet. That's just it."

Sasha grimaces. "Please tell me you are not a… virgin."
