The Cousin of the previous king was sitting in his state mansion.

Years ago when he was favored by his king big brother, he ordered to built a beautiful mansion on the bank of river, it was considered a safe bank because of it's height from the shores. 

Also it was common concept that water flow toward lower levels and surfaces.

He was living here with his small family, three sons and two of them were married too, two daughters who were married in another province. 

He has his mistress and two concubines and their four children, this was already a small family if considered his other brothers and cousins who belonged to the royal blood.
