บท 120: The Contract

"I am here to discuss with you the vampiress we have in our custody."

Lucifel paused on his track, and his gaze went instinctively to his fingers which had prolonged the other time and plunged into his pet's neck out of his uncontrollable anger. He sighed as he saw the traces of blood hiding beneath his fingers before he responded to his father, "I am not interested in whatever you might want to discuss here."

He was aware that she was here, and though might have been unconscious due to how weak she was, he still could not let his guard down pertaining to her. What if she was now here, ears opened and listening to what his father had to say?

Whatever his father wanted to say seemed to be something that should be kept confidential, so he didn't think discussing it here was the right thing. He sat down on his bed, nonchalantly and gazed at his father who also sat down on a sofa.
