บท 275: Her Familiar Eyes

Prince Elliott walked to the door and then he unlocked it. He had previously locked the door to avoid her sleepwalking if at all she fortunately got released from the rope around her ankle.

When he opened the door, his eyes met Princess Mariah who asked, "Your Highness, can I have a word with your valet?"

Hearing Princess Mariah's voice, Esmeralda immediately stood up and walked towards the entrance, she bowed to Prince Elliott, "Will you excuse me, Your Highness?"

He didn't delay, he nodded and as soon as she was out of the chamber, he closed the door and walked to the bed.

Princess Mariah on the other hand held Esmeralda's wrist. Esmeralda had thought she wanted to scold her about pretending to be a valet and sleeping in the same chamber with a man, but she was however confused about how the princess's chest seemed to be heaving. "Princess Mariah, is there anything wrong?"
