Hazel walked into the pavilion slowly, her eyes searching for Ethan who the alpha had talked about wanting to see her. She wondered what the reason was but she couldn't guess.

As she walked further into the pavilion, her eyes caught the beta and she gave a tight smile, knowing so well that she hadn't seen him for a while. Though, behind her smile was a big curiosity regarding him. This man had always made her more curious than usual.

While the alpha's words were mockery or just completely impractical, his always had a tone of severe warning which mostly usually turns out to be false, perhaps no but that was how she felt since the incidence of her birthmark.
