His voice was above his lungs almost louder than the human vocal tone as he was trying to get louder due to the wind up in the patrol ships.

Derek was leading the both guardians and academy together and the order was for them to hold the front line and the only way to be in the front line was from the sky dropping like rains from the patrol ships..

'no sir..all I heard is creatures and this is my first day of the job as a guardian..

Derek could feel the shaking tone of the blonde man in front of him, having to fight when given a job,it must have been because of the fallen gate that's why everyone could easily get a job at the guardians and this one is scared..
