บท 49: Who knows what the future holds?

"Is everything ready?" Marc secretly met with Adrian and Dylan at a place far from their cottage. Where he left Erin alone and probably thinking too much of why he was so secretive.

Andrei nodded to confirm.

"I already told Lizzy and Reese about the plan. They agreed to not bother Erin the whole day." Dylan told him.

"Did Erin suspect anything?" Andrei was the one to ask him that.

"I don't think he did. As far as I'm concerned, the only thing he might suspect is that I might be having an affair,"

The three of them laughed heartily.

It was about midnight that Erin began to notice that Marc was still missing as he woke up. It didn't even bother to wake him up to have dinner. Where could it go at this time of the night? And without even telling him?

No Erin, don't go there yet, he told himself. They've just started dating, and it isn't right to have doubts just before starting a relationship together.

He went out of the room, just to check if it's okay.
