*Morpheus pov*
My eyes gently opened from my adventurous dream. A reminiscent grin stretched upon my face, the spell I used was of my own creation. With a name like Morpheus, I couldn't allow myself to not have a couple of dream spells hidden away.
The spell was simple, and the outcome was even more so. The only problem was when you mess with the world of dreams the God Morpheus gets rather angry. The first time I performed this spell I stayed too long in the dream world not realizing that with this level of dream, manipulation could allow Morpheus to slip through the void and directly entering the world of dreams.
The first time I did this spell Morpheus tried to kill me directly, no. He did kill me directly luckily I already completed my method of staying alive or I would have been far gone by now.
Standing from my bed I wondered how long until Arcturus Black would find the courage to contact me.
Shaking my head I took out a dice and tossed it haphazardly against the wall, the dice hit the wall and rolled onto the floor finally landing on the number three.
Three days? It seems the oldest Black family member alive is quick with decisions.
Summoning the dice back into my hand I left my room and headed for Albus's office. As I strolled the castle the sun gently peaked over the clouds casting a gentle glow across my face.
It was rather peaceful.
It almost made me sad this peace will end soon.

Walking into Albus's office I greeted the man, "Good morning Albus, what a fine day it is,"
Albus looked over at me and chuckled, "Good morning Morpheus, what news have you brought me today?"
I laughed, "No news, I just decided to save Fawkes the trip," I said lightly while sitting down across from him
Right as I sat down the floo flared to life, "Auror Moody and Auror Leyhugh requesting entrance," The grizzled voice of one of the men sounded
Albus looked at me with an amused twinkle in his eyes, "You could have mentioned this," he laughed
"And spoil the surprise?" I said in a fake offense
I know I didn't do much to ease Albus's past worries, so I wonder what made him more relaxed around me?
"Please come in," Albus said to the green fire
One after the other two Aurors appeared.
"Professor Morpheus I'm glad you're here we wanted to talk with you," Auror Leyhugh said with a small smile while the other Auror stayed silent
"Of course, where's your old partner?" I asked lightly
Auror Leyhugh replied easily, "He is on a different assignment, this is Auror Moody one of our best,"
"Moody? I think there's a student here with that name, a relative by any chance?" I asked with a laugh knowing the obvious answer
"Aye, my son," The man gruffly replied
"Charmed to meet you," I said with a small smile
He grunted in response obviously not fond of small talk.
"Well gentleman, what can my professor do for you?" Albus said with a grand-fatherly smile
"We received your news of the divination Professor Morpheus carried out, doing some searching of our own we still cannot find any credible evidence of his death, the Head wants to rule the case a disappearance and not tell the family about what Professor Morpheus discovered. We came to ask for any details you might have forgotten to mention that could help lead us to a form of the truth," Auror Leyhugh said with some hope in his voice
I frowned, "I'm truly sorry, Marcus's death seemed to happen at night and I couldn't get a good look at the location."
Auror Moody cut In, "Can't you just use your divination abilities to find the exact location?"
I could tell he was a little skeptical.
"No, it doesn't work like that. I wish I could help but there really isn't anything more I could do without breaking the law," I said In a sorrowful tone
"Breaking the law?" Auror Leyhugh asked
"Well, besides divination it is well known I'm a master of rituals. Of course, I would never perform a ritual in Britain knowing the strict laws," I replied with an amicable smile
"Of course, I do remember that piece of information now," Auror Leyhugh said but his voice was a lot more distant now
"Well, thank you for your help Professor, headmaster. We will be leaving now and the case of Marcus Note will officially be closed," Auror Leyhugh said with a small bow before leaving the office via floo
Auror Moody looked at me one more time before leaving.
"Could you really find out more with the use of rituals?" Albus asked curiously
Chuckling I stood from my seat and walked toward the stairs, as I walked away I answered him, "You should know as well as I that Rituals are very useful,"

Three days on the dot since my roll of the dice a letter arrived for me at the great hall during breakfast. It was delivered by an old pitch-black owl with a mean look on its face.
Dropping the letter the owl promptly flew away.
Albus seemed to recognize the Owl but didn't comment on it.
I placed the letter in my inner robe and continued to eat my breakfast. I wonder where the man wants to meet.
After breakfast, I returned to my classroom to grade the quiz I assigned on the different leaf patterns of tea divination.
Before grading the quizzes I took the letter from my breast pocket. Removing the seal I opened the letter,
'Professor Morpheus,
I hope this letter reaches you in great health, I was rather distressed from our last meeting. I would love to speak more in depth with you on the matters regarding my families future. Last we met you told me something I doubted and then happened before my eyes.
I will not doubt you again.
I'm intrigued on what your idea of 'joining' you is. My family knows of the darkness creeping up in Britain but, have a neutral stance.
Wishing to discuss this further I invite you to join me in two days at my home. Just us will be present for this discussion.
The floo address is…'
The letter continued to tell me the location and time that I should come.
A wide smile spread across my face, this was the perfect time to find some allies, especially with the news of how demons could now infiltrate the mortal world.
Rolling the portkey in my hands which was in the shape of a coin carved from Silver with a grim on the center I couldn't help but wonder if the black family was ready for what was to come.
With me, by their side, their fortune could change but, it seems the family has some infighting behind the scenes.
My door opened and a group of children flooded in getting situated in their seats ready for the lesson to come.
Looking down I shook my head wryly, it seemed my musings took up the time I allotted to grading the quizzes.
