Kyle lost consciousness and he instantly regretted signing whatever form she had drawn up. 

Kyle didn't know what she had in store but this was unacceptable because it left him in a vulnerable position but his eyes slowly woke up.

Kyle could feel something around his wrists and hands but that wasn't the most concerning thing, he had no clothes on. 

Kyle's eyes were soon able to assimilate his environment but Calista was nowhere in sight. 

He realized that if she decided to record this, it could serve as good blackmail material when Kyle became someone. 

Kyle couldn't believe he lowered his guard but that was on him, the paper he signed meant he could take legal actions but that wasn't all.

That paper also worked to his advantage, he was cuffed to the bed, his hands above his head with his legs bound to with rope.
