Elle immediately ran to Commander Dunno's study and made sure no one noticed his sudden arrival. Elle didn't want to cause a mess of her existence that always came and went suddenly. 

"Miss Elle, what do you bring now?" Commander Dunno wondered why Elle was in such a hurry and asked him not to tell anyone of his arrival. 

"The Secret Recipe that can make Titan 13 superior to anyone. Is the Commander in Chief ready to accept the consequences?" Elle smiled faintly as she took out a two-inch thick note from a black big city that was slightly rusty from traveling through the Teleport Door. 

Please note that the Teleport Door is not a magic door to go anywhere without cause and effect. The journey that should take time can be traversed in just a few seconds, resulting in some fairly risky consequences.
