If the Dominion Technique didn't require to accept Kyle, why would any of these techniques that would only be considered semi-good in the sect require an acknowledgement?

Kyle's answer was answered instantly by the pearl that sent a white wave out that would be unnoticed by everyone, but every technique that tried to attack Kyle just as quickly submitted and lowered its power to a minimum. If Kyle wanted to grab any of the books and learn them, there wouldn't be a single extra thing that Kyle had to do.
