Shingi was familiar with FoxTech since he had worked with them for many years. They were the main contributors to the Virtual Capsule's development, but he made the first plans for it. 

Still, his plans were theoretical, and he couldn't develop a prototype since he wasn't a hardware developer. But he had shared the ideas online, and since he had worked with other companies in VR tech, he drew the attention of FoxTech, who decided to buy his idea.

Ameanum didn't have any problem selling it to them, as far as he was part of the team one way or another. He didn't mind if he was mentioned as the man behind the idea of the VR Capsule, as he knew that someone would have done so at some point. Also, his idea was just the spark, as the final product was even more impressive than he had considered.
