บท 389: Raging Mountain (13)

"Is that... the goddess?" Leon was so dumbfounded he did not even notice his mouth was wide open.

"Have you seen a goddess with two ugly horns?" Lucien scorned. But he made his voice as low as possible. 

The woman indeed has two black horns. Her dress was tight fitting from the chest down to her hips but it cascaded gracefully to the ground. She had long hair, and red thick lips but her eyes were all white. 

The moment she turned her head in their direction, Leon gulped.

Instead of a goddess, she looked more like a demon.

She just stood there, as if waiting for something. Then all doors started to open and the villagers came out one after another. 

Their expressions were blank, no, more like in a daze. As if they are sleepwalking and aren't awake yet.

The villagers stood at her side but none of them moved. After a few minutes, the ground started to shake slightly.
