Ever since the day that Mrs. Saeki asked for some advice from Mrs. Chisaka, she kept waiting for the right time to bring the important subject to Heisuke.

Yes. Mrs. Saeki finally wanted to disclose her relationship with Mr. Hokama to her only son. She didn't want to waste any more of their time by acting as if this matter was not important.
