A few days later, Mr. Mayeda gathered all employees that passed the evaluation. He had specifically asked Mr. Kajiwara and Mrs. Koyanagi to adjust the employees' work roster just so everyone could assemble in the morning.

Hisaki followed Kiyomi, Miwa and Arisu to the annex. All of them were nervous yet excited at the same time, thinking about what would Mr. Mayeda inform them right now.

"I wonder if there are any changes from what Mr. Mayeda has told us," Kiyomi made a guess.

"It's just words of mouth before," Arisu gave her a shrug, "Maybe they have put down everything in the new contracts. Since the company pays for our studies, they have to get as many benefits from us as they could."

Hisaki and Miwa hummed in agreement with Arisu's points. There was no free lunch in this world.
