A sigh of relief slipped out of Heisuke's mouth as he read the text sent by Hisaki. Earlier, he asked her to check on his mother, to see if she had accidentally seen the little fiasco between him and Kousuke this morning.

Fortunately, she didn't.

Heisuke quickly typed a reply. He needed to get back to work soon. Many tasks were waiting for him currently.

Before Heisuke could press the Reply button, he quickly backtracked and added something to the text. He reread the words, feeling heat spread on his cheeks.

He was quite ashamed to see the tiny heart icon that Hisaki taught him before but, he still delivered the message. He had a hunch that his lady would be happy to see the additional heart coming with the text.
