บท 244: The Question

"You will pay for this Marcella!" Beth shouted from the other side. "You could have ended this all by letting me spend a day with him but you had to go against me!! You'll see what I'll do!!!"

Marcella took the earpiece far away from her ear as Beth was screaming like a banshee. 

"Do what you can!" Marcella shouted back and ended the call. 

Tony hugged her. "Are you going to tell me at least now?" he asked. He had lost patience. He wanted to end Beth once and for all, just to make his wife this stressed. 

"I pulled her up and I am going to push her down. She's going to…" Marcella got out of his hold and poured herself another glass of wine and gulped it down. 

"She is going to the press again and talk about how you passed her around for favors. I have records of every single detail of your agenda for the past ten years; and hers too. We are going to sue her for defamation in court. She is going to lose every penny she has earned."
