Realizing this, Caroline, who was determined to protect her baby, somehow managed to calm down. She took a deep breath and called out softly, "Loraine..."

Her gentle call seemed to evoke memories of the past. It was gentle as a breeze of wind and sounded no more than a simple request for Loraine. Caroline's voice seemed devoid of any hatred or grudges. 

Loraine was stunned for a moment, trying to analyze what she meant when she called her name!

Caroline took advantage of the split second when Loraine was stunned and slapped her heavily. She then took the opportunity to break free before turning around and dashing quickly towards the house!

After Loraine realised what happened, anger distorted her emotions. She was about to storm forward to catch Caroline. Even Tyler came forward and tried to catch her.

Just, there was a flash of light on the road. It was the headlights of a car!
