บท 33: The Lord.
Jiayi and Hong did escaped mansion but they were still in the territory of those immortals they don't know what's going on but they were only thinking to save their lives.
The young master was sitting in main hall his body was emitting a gloomy aura.
"Master should we really corporate with Western territory?" the man standing next to young master asked in a low voice.
" if they found the Lord first our territory will be doomed." the young master face became more gloomy.
"Yes, master! " the man lowered his head.
"Don't take me wrong we still don't know if the Lord is still alive or not. It's better if he is dead already because if those people get their hands on him they'll destroy everyone." he said in a pained voice
"Master..." the man hesitated to say the words in his mind.
"Lord was a good man he kept balance in immortals world. But... Now these people are eager to anything for power." he understood what the man wanted to say so he Just replied him without asking.
"Master, if we kept listening to them ain't we be inviting our own distruction?"
"we'll be doomed but it'll take few years may be we'll find a way out till then but if we oppose them now they'll destroy us in a blink of an eye." he knew whatever answer be chooses they are destined to be doomed unless the those people are finished.
"only if.." the Lord was still here.
"I'm sure the reason behind Lord's disappearance is related to Western territory."
"Master what if those mortals will leave after 2 weeks?"
"I'll be glad if they are able to escape, if they successfully escape this place they won't be in danger anymore. But..." it isn't that easy to escape.
"people from Western territory won't hurt us?"
"No, if they volunteery escaped it we won't be blamed" the Lord replied.
"What if they'll hunt them?" isn't it an easy task.
"No, they haven't seen them and those two were wearing a bracelet which was protecting them from immortals." he had tried magic to Hypnotise then but it results were negative.
"so our magic won't work on them?" then how it worked before.
"any magic with ill intention won't work on them."
"Master shouldn't you inform them? It'll be great if they won't find any trace of Lord."
"I tried, but we were getting monitored when I met them."his each action was monitored by them since the beginning. If he makes any move they'll immediately know.
When the pair of master and servant were discussing about the matter. Hong and Jiayi were having caught by the black hooded cloak man's master .
" That *** is too careless. I've told him to keep an eye on these mortals. Humph good, very good now you'll be coming with me."
The man in black cloak got signal of Lord presence. He wasn't able to find the Lord but he crossed path with these two.
He used his spells on them and was ready to leave but...
" You... What did you do? " my spell didn't worked on these mortals? How is this possible?
He read the spells for the second time but the still didn't worked.
"Haha, excellent.. Why I haven't think of this before?" these two people have powerful immortal backers. But Why they'll support them? He have many ways to deal with it today these two will die here.
This time he didn't used any spell but summon an spiritual armament. This spiritual armament was prepared to deal with Lord especially but he won't be bad to try it on these two first.
"Sir who'll like to die first?" the man said.
Hong and Jiayi looked at each other silently they didn't said a single word as they looked into each other eyes.
"Don't wanna decided? Then let's kill both of you at once." In a blink of an eye the man moved his armament towards them. It was too quick to see.
But Hong and Jiayi were even more quick. Before the armament could touch them they were already step back feets away from him.
In reality, they merely Dodged and was severely injured with just one strike.
It was like a beginner level was fighting with black belt.
Hong and Jiayi supporting each other to stand. They don't know how their perfect life turned out like this.
None of them thought that they'll face a situation like this. Indeed no one knows when life will give you a smack on face.
It wasn't the first time Hong and Jiayi met a life and death situation. But it was the first time they were hoping they can live a little longer with each other. Hong closed her eyes as a tear rolled down.
Next second, when the man was Going for a second strike. Their body glows with blue light.
The whole area was illuminated with blue light. This blue light was none other than the powers of Lord.
It suddenly hits the man in black cloak. A loud scream can be heard from the man.
"H... How can .." the man screamed in pain. Still wasn't able to believe what happened right now.
"You can deceive this Lord once, but do you think you can play those lousy tricks again and again?" a slight heavy male voice echoed.
The man was now tied in rope. The area was still illuminated with blue light but they can see clearly as a middle aged man was floating in air. He was wearing white robe similar to ancient times.
" I'll apologize to my saviors. " the man bent on his both knees as he apologized to Hong and Jiayi.
The couple only looked at the man in disbelief. Not uttering a single word.
