บท 58: Her Trust Issue

"Good evening, everyone."

Darius' voice appeared before Jade, Max, Shane, and Zack. The only one who was surprised was Jade. Even though she had been informed, the presence of Max's family made her feel threatened.

By her side, Shane held her hand, giving her full support and reassuring her that he was by her side.

Jade knew that all of Max's family, except for Wenny, had no grudge against her, but still, seeing Wenny made her hate her at that very moment.

Wenny smiled at Jade, but unfortunately Jade didn't smile back. She couldn't believe her anymore. Because, when she found out that Wenny wanted to kill her, at first Wenny looked so warm as usual.

"Well, hello! Go ahead, the meat is starting to cook," said Zack.

Zack guided them to directly enjoy the dishes that have been served and occasionally they can help with the baking too.
