บท 182: Asking For Forgiveness

Miracle's POV

The moment I heard my father declared he wants to have a word with Jace and me, I can't stop feeling so anxious. If my father discusses things at his office, I know something must be going on, and I can't stop myself from thinking he wants to talk about Caitlin. I am so afraid if my dad will ask me to give him another chance to have his relationship with Caitlin a second chance.

"Miracle, Jace, I need you to come to my study after we finish eating breakfast." Thomas White said.

"Okay, Dad," I replied, and I can feel my heart beat faster than usual.

"Okay, Sir." Jace seconded.

But there is a part of myself hoping my father will talk about something that can make us excited and happy, like he will allow me to visit my grandma's manor this summer.
