When Feng Tianyi, together with Song Fengyan arrived at the hospital with Xiao Bao, they waited for two hours at the waiting area before they were allowed to see the patient. 

Little Star was placed in a private room. They found Tang Moyu seated next to Little Star's bed as the little girl was still unconscious and connected to an apparatus to assist her breathing. 

For the first time, Feng Tianyi could see lifelessness and helplessness in the empress's eyes. Her hand was holding her daughter's hand in a tight grasp, refusing to leave her alone. This was one of the rare times she hoped she could do more for her daughter and Baobao. 

Unlike her twin brother, who was born healthy even though they were lacking a few weeks in gestation, Little Star was underweight and her lungs didn't fully develop while growing inside Tang Moyu's womb, causing scarring on her lungs, leading to Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, a condition that her daughter still had today.
