บท 58: Your Daddy

Demyan

From the moment I climbed out of the garage, Dad came rushing down the stairs dressed in black jeans and a matching jersey. His hair was down and by the looks of it he must have come back from the office since he wore his silver Rolex watch which also meant he had a meeting of some sorts. 

"Demy," before I could get a word in he crushed me in his arms and lifted me from the ground. His strong arms squeezed the air out of me as I wheezed. "I'm so sorry Demy," he placed his hand on my forehead as he held me up with one arm. His hazel eyes shone bright as he scanned my face, clear worry etched into his face. "Were you safe?"

I gave him a smile as I nodded, "I was with Vasilisa. We went shopping."

"It heals the heart," he nodded and kissed my forehead, "Will you ever forgive me Demyan?"
