The next morning Vasilisa, Malia and Oksana were up bright and early to go to the mall so they could hunt down the perfect outfit for Malia for her date with the Prince at 4pm where EJ would be chaperoning her because the royal family were still terribly old fashioned like that.

From the moment they left I tried to call Ethan but each time I got to voicemail. I figured we had different time zones depending on which country he was in so I opted to send him a text.

I was just checking in, I miss you so much. Vasilisa told me you're very busy with work so I won't bother too much. Good luck on trying to get the new contract. I love you so much Ethan and Bunbun sends you kisses.

I waited for a few minutes to see if he would answer but that soon turned into an hour and there was still nothing. So I simply saved the chat to my cloud before I deleted it just to be safe.
