She noticed the dangerous glimmer in those sexy eyes of his, while a mischievous grin flashed across his cheeks.

"You are beautiful. That wasn't the aphrodisiac inhaled from Mo Feng Yi's perfume talking. It was true. You are indeed a wonder," he complimented.

At the mention of Mo Feng Yi's name, she recalled the doubt she had of the matter before and pointed it out to him. 

"Xueyi," she pulled his hand from her chin and took another step back towards an open space. 

Now feeling free, she had the boldness to confront the matter. To him, however, it was more like she had the confidence to flee whenever she wished to.

"You mentioned Mo Feng Yi before and you still did now. How did you know she was the one?"

"Take a wild guess," he hinted, not leaving any room for doubt.

As much as he was trying his best to do the needful, he may have just caused more concoctions for her brain.
