บท 135: Resistance was meaningless

"Commander- the west unit has been wiped out-" An Alf entered the royal tent.

Slightly pale. 

Marie clicked her tongue… "This wasn't how it was supposed to be-" Eyes on the map-

They were winning.

At least until today morning.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances- Marie had to declare war before the appointed time.

And things were going good- for the first half of the day.

As the day progressed, however- not so much.

Units were being wiped one after another and words weren't great.

"Recall the Umber Unit as well as Xerbin- We'll stall for as long as we can."

"Mam!" A salute and the Alf went out.

Some guards and some maids- just stood there- not really sure what to do.

This was getting more and more out of hand. 

With a hefty sigh- Marie sat down… with a slight clang. 

She was in armor- special commander garb- probably the most clothes she'd ever worn at once.
