บท 47: Chapter 47: William Cole gets drunk _1

Upon entering the bar, Minnie Wright intended to find a private room, but William Cole immediately headed for the bar counter, "Give me the strongest booze you have!"

"Sir, that's not how we generally drink in a bar. Most won't touch the hard stuff until they've found their prey," the bartender said, laughing heartily at William Cole.

Minnie stepped forward and sighed, "Give it to him."

"Minnie?"

The bartender was taken aback as he recognized Minnie, the daughter of the Chairman of the Houndshade Group. Who in Midocen city wouldn't recognize her?

"Yes."

The barkeep nodded, hesitating as he addressed William Cole, "Sir, our highest proof drink is vodka. Are you sure you want it?"

"Give it to me!"

William Cole's tone left no room for argument.

The bartender then poured a glass of high-proof vodka for William Cole.
