But as time passed, more and more Monarchs left the area alive after giving tribute or retrieving their fellow disciples, giving them more confidence and making them think this Anarchic Divergent was somewhat reasonable despite being a true Bandit Emperor of Emperors as they rarely ever seen a heist of this level done by a Sovereign-level character.
