บท 2433: Playing Along

Davis descended along with the woman who led him to the ground level. The latter looked at him and saw his pupils shrink. However, she didn't find it odd but natural, raising her hand to point at him.

"Rude outsider. Lower your gaze in front of Mistress Zahara, and don't raise them unless given permission. Otherwise, your head would no longer be above your neck."

Davis's brows narrowed as he turned to look at that woman. Her offensive words went right past his ears while the words that caught his attention was 'Mistress Zahara'.

Was that Flamerose's real name, or was it a disguise?

"What are you looking at? You think the likes of you can profane Mistress Zahara's beauty?" The woman's voice echoed again.

But this time, it no longer sounded pleasant to Davis. Just as he was about to take action, a curious voice echoed.

"What's going on?" Mistress Zahara spoke.
