Azumani, recalling the story about Sleeping Valley that Roger had once shared with them, seemed to understand the meaning in the Witch's eyes.

"Who knows, there are many versions of the legend about Sleeping Valley, but in every version, the people of this country have disappeared without a trace."

"Have a look around, and call for me when you have new ideas."

The Witch leaped into the air.

Roger carefully observed but still could not discern from where exactly such a thick stick had appeared.

Whoosh!

The surrounding area was filled with towering trees, and after a few turns, they could no longer see the figure of the Witch.

"Teacher..."

Evelyn hesitated to speak, and Azumani gave her a fierce look, "Keep calm, we might not be trapped here."

Even Roger could tell that the girl was not really concerned about that issue; the old fellow was deliberately changing the subject.
