บท 34: Chapter 33- Alexandria
Carl's POV-
We all walked outside and Rick started barking orders. "Me, Michonne, and Glenn will ride with that guy. Carl and Judith are safer in there." He said pointing towards the R.V. Normally I would've argued but I didn't want to be anywhere near him right about now. "When you said we were going. Was that for real? Or are you just trying to get this guy to tell you where his camp is?" Michonne asked. "We're going." he said. "What ever it takes to get there." she said I stopped paying attention to that and just wander back into the barn.
I took a seat next to Axel and just stared at him. "Are we bringing him with us?" Aaron asked. "Of course!" I snapped getting overly protective. "Sorry. I meant no offense. It was an honest question." he said. "Yeah whatever." I said quietly looking down. I just stared at him for a couple more minutes. I just hope he'll come back soon. I don't think I can last much longer without him. I thought as a tear slid down my cheek. "I miss him to." I heard to my right and looked over to see Tanner. We just kinda sat next to each other in silence for a while.
"All right let's do this." Daryl said telling us it was time to go. Daryl walked over to me. "I'll get him." he said. I just nodded and followed him to the R.V. We started driving behind the other car. It was decently quiet. I layed my head down and closed my eyes. I slowly started to drift to sleep. Although I quickly bolted up when I heard banging. "What was that?" I asked. "I don't know." Abraham said as he looked around.
Michonne's POV-
I was pulling arms out of the engine when we saw a flare go up into the sky. "Who was that?" Rick asked. "I need to leave. This is over." Aaron started saying. He sounded panicked. "What's going on?" I asked. "Let me out!" he yelled and kicked his door open causing me to fly back. Shit that hurt. He got out and started running. I started chasing after him. "Michonne leave him. We need to find our people." Rick said. "They saw that flare. They think we shot it! This is how we find them." I said and took off into the forest with the others following behind me.
We ran right into a pack of walkers. We started killing them but Rick told us to split up. Me and Rick ended up staying together. "Glenn!" he yelled. All the sudden Glenn and Aaron were there. We started running towards where the flare was shot. "Where are they?" Rick asked as we walked onto a road. "I don't know." he said. "If this is a trick to get us where you want us you're people will die tonight." he said. I know I should agree with him but I could barely bring myself to look at him right now."The flare was towards the water tower." he said. We ran over there. Once we got over there Everybody ran out.
Carl's POV-
"Carl. Come here." Rick called to me. I walked towards him cautiously. Everyone's eyes were on us. "Rick." I said as I stepped back when he tried to hug me. He looked at me angirly and clenched his fists. "Is your sister okay?" he asked. "She's fine." I said and walked back into the building. Daryl patted my back on the way in as to be supportive. "Where's Eric?" Aaron started asking. "I'm here." he yelled. "Are you okay?" Aaron asked. "I'm fine it's like a volley ball injury. It's nothing." he said.
Aaron kissed the man which caught me off guard. Oh. I didn't expect him to be gay. I went to walk out but I knocked over a can causing them both to look at me. "Sorry I didn't mean to interrupt." I said as I looked down at the ground. They started talking and Eric pulled out a liscense plate. Aaron was just silent. "You lost the liscense plates." Eric said. "I lost the car." he replied causing them to both laugh.Rick walked past me into the room. "Hi I'm Eric." he said to him. "Rick." he responded. Aaron walked out of the room and I just stayed put.
"So are you guys like a thing?" I asked as I sat down on the floor next to him. "We're married." he said. "Cool." I said quietly. He stared at me. Or more specifically my arm. I pulled my sleeve down farther out of instinct. "What's your name kid?" he asked. "Carl." I said as I looked up to him. "Well it's nice to meet you Carl." He said. Just then Daryl walked in. "Hey kid. You want keep an eye on Axel for a little bit. I don't want him running off." he said. I just stared at him. Was that supposed to be a joke? "Yeah." I said anyways and walked out of the door.
~The Next Morning~
Then next morning I was sitting in the R.V. I was in the back room with Axel, Aaron, and Eric. Eric had insisted I sit back there with them. Although Eric had fallen asleep. Me and Aaron were just sitting in silence, until Noah opened the door. He tossed me a water bottle and then gave Aaron one. They had a small conversation but he left after a minute. "Hey if you don't mind me asking..." Aaron said trailing off. I looked over to him as if telling him to contuine. "What is your realationship with the kid." he said pointing down to Axel. "He's my, my, uh." I don't know why but I was having a bit of a hard time saying it.
Luckily Tanner stuck her head in the door and answered for me. "He's his boyfriend." she said in a sing song voice while giggling. "Hi I'm Tanner." she said and held her hand out. "Nice to meet you." he said. All the sudden we came to a stop. Apparently the battery broke. I was just standing by Daryl. "Aaron said there's a surgeon in Alexandria. Maybe they can help Axel." I said. Yeah maybe kid." he said pulling me into his shoulder. We hopped back in the car and before I knew it we were pulling up to big gates. So this is it. Alexandria.
