"Because you would have found out either way," Cristian replied, causing Alessia to arch her brows.

"You emit a dangerous aura yet are also remarkably charming," Alessia said. Her cheeks flushed when she heard him chuckle deeply.

"What's her name?" Alessia finally turned her attention to this beautiful creature, for whom she was dying to run her fingers through its soft-looking fur.

"Nebula. Hey Nebula, this is Alessia," he said, lifting Nebula's chin so she could stare at the ever-curious Alessia.

"She's really cute," Alessia said softly. She had more control over her emotions than other girls and rarely showed other emotions except when it came to Cristian.

Reaching out to touch the cute fox, Alessia chuckled when the fox ran up to Cristian's head, baring her fangs.

"She's not a people person, huh?" 

He took five steps, placed his hands on the green shard, and got information about the attributes of the shard.
