Now standing alone in the room, Jacquelyn dried her body as quickly as she could. Ever since she'd left the bathroom, the tips of her fingers had tingled with a strange sensation, and she didn't know why. When Kael had poured the warm water over her, she'd momentarily forgotten her nakedness and turned to look at him. Only when she saw his eyes drinking in the sight of her did she snap back to reality. Grabbing a towel, she dashed out of the bathroom. It was a miracle she hadn't fallen on her way out.
