บท 161: Leaving

"I made my decision," Selena spoke after a few minutes.

Matthew's heartbeat accelerated, and he clenched his trembling hands.

Lance remained neutral, as this was not his mistake. 

As for Elttil, he kept his serious expression.

"Your theory has some logic behind it," Selena spoke, looking at Elttil. "So, I will accept that as an answer. But..." She glared seriously at Matthew. "Be careful of what you do. I will keep an eye on you. If I notice something..."

Selena didn't need to finish her sentence. Shivers passed down Matthew's spine as he imagined what Selena could do to him.

Elttil bowed slightly. "Dean, I will personally make sure nothing like this repeats,"

Selena nodded. "You can go," She waved her hand dismissively.

Elttil and Matthew nodded, and they began leaving the office together with Lance.

"Lance, you stay," Selena said.

Lance stopped.
