บท 72: Vol 1 : Meeting at Last

Faye handed over the wooden tray, "Thank you, Denis."

Denis smiled, put two bowls of tom yam on the table one by one, and sat across from Faye, "Here you go, honey~"

Faye glanced around looking for Elijah who couldn't be seen from her sight, "Where is he?"

"Who?" Denis acted as innocent as possible

"Your friend, of course," said Faye, "why don't you let him eat with us?"

"He's got some urgent business to do," said Denis.

Why does Faye feel that the reason is not only that?

Faye didn't make it big because she couldn't overhear what Denis and Elijah were talking about. Unfortunately, there could be important information. She observed his tom yam, "Let's eat ..."

Denis smiled a little.

Thank goodness Faye didn't ask any further.
