"Be careful not to crush it." Xiu Mei told her son who volunteered to hold the bouquet of flowers for her eldest brother. Lu Qiang nodded carefully holding those delicate flowers and made sure not to hug them too tightly. 

Behind them, Lu Chen held the basket of fruits and food that she bought. 

As soon as they reached the door of his room, they all stopped on their tracks to make way for the bunch of soldiers exiting his brother's room. They all seemed lively and were even energetically saying goodbye to the person inside the room before getting scolded. 

Xiu Mei smiled warmly at the picture of their backs. That was probably her eldest brother's team that she hadn't seen before. 

Well, it's not like she needed to meet them given the confidentiality of the team members in the military. After watching them disappear into the hallway, they entered the room and saw her injured elder brother who already rose from his bed and was doing some light stretch.
