Only when Winifred Drew saw Xaviera Evans leave did she enter the office. Even though she was a transfer student, she was treated warmly by everyone due to her status as the daughter of the Drew family. Coupled with her generosity and good looks, she was well-received by all, and it was known abroad that she'd been studying calligraphy for over a decade. Everyone was confident that she would place in the campus calligraphy competition.
Winifred was acquainted with the judges for this competition: Mr. Steel and Mr. Lentz. Hence, her chances of success seemed bright. The head of the Calligraphy Department saw her and warmly greeted, "Winifred."
Winifred flashed a warm smile in response, then looked around, "'So many works!"
"Winifred, what brings you here?" the head of the department asked.
