This first day back felt like I had missed the entire start of the semester. Like I was rushing to catch up to everything that we were supposed to have done already. I knew that wasn't the case, but it's how I felt, nonetheless. And I wasn't the only one behaving like that either.

It seemed that the other students, and even the professors, were scrambling to try and get things moving in the right direction. We had started more than a week late into the new semester, but they had decided to add only one week to make up for things at the end. So, that meant that the beginning of things, which was already hectic in most cases, was made even worse this time around.
