I was having a great time. Talking with Sereia and Ada like this, it almost felt like we were back in high school. Not that it had been all that long since we were back there together, but it had felt like so much time had already passed by in a blur. It had been less than a year, but so much had happened that it felt like a lot longer than that.

High school had been both good and bad for me. I had ignored so much for so long that it was like I had no life. At least not until the end. Not until I met Arthur and had decided to be a normal girl for the first time in my life. Then, he had broken my heart and ruined a lot of things for me.
