บท 103: 102- Fingers In Her Hair
Putting her head on the bed cushioned by her folded arms Veronica had fallen into a trance state. As someone played his fingers smoothly in her hairs she felt ticklish sensation. She liked it. She straightened up slowly. Matthew had woken up. He tried to smile; but only could grimace.
"When did you wake up?" she asked.
"Just now," he replied.
"How is your shoulder? Very painful, isn't it?"
Matthew grimaced again and said, "How are you?"
"Don't worry about me. I am unhurt. I am perfectly ok. Do you want some water?" saying so she was leaving her seat to fetch a bottle of water from the freezer.
Firmly gripping her hand by his unhurt hand he said, "Why don't you just sit down? Oh, feeling awkward, seeing me topless? I would not feel awkward if I were you."
She sat down and smiled. "I know you are a lecher," she said. "From the place I have come women walk naked openly on special days. You want to go there?"
"Why, are you from some adult version of fairy land? You never told me about yourself."
The smile from her face faded away. Then she forced a big grin and said, "I will when you will be cured."
"It is a lie – a big fat lie," he said. "I am quicker than you think I am. I know that you will leave me as soon as possible. I am surprised that you are still here. I thought that you would have left me alone."
She smiled, tightening her grip around his hand.
He said, "You know, when I was unconscious I was just thinking about you. – Please don't leave me. I want to; I want to live with you. I will give you free services. You don't need to hire me. No need to give me any money. I will be your lifelong servant. Just don't leave me."
She smiled again and said, "It is all very easy for you, isn't it? To say like this…"
"Why is it so hard for you? I know leaving me will be a hard decision for you too." Then his tone changed to jocularity and he changed the topic, "You know, you look mature when you smile this way." He tried to mock her smile.
She laughed and said, "Topic change, one must learn from you."
