บท 13: New Jason

That night was finally over, and so was the calamity that had befallen Tasuki. Benganon helped the people to build back their homes with a reverse spell, as a way of apologizing for their carelessness , truth be told, the Tasukians were not angry at all, infact they let them spend more time in their village, they were grateful that no lives were lost and that was all that mattered to them, including the fact that Jason was a descendant of Almagadin.
Jason is seen in the room, he was still healing from the vampire virus which he contracted, the potion helped him become half vampire and half human, this was much better than being a full vampire.
" is he going to be ok" asked Mira who was standing next to Benganon, Ben was checking on him, he wore a really sad looking face his face could tell that something bad was wrong with Jason,
" He is going to be fine, but he is now a new Jason, he won't be the old Jason we use to know, I don't think Richard will want anything to do with him again" Benganon says while shaking his head in sadness as he leaves the room with disbelief that Jason is now a vampire
Mira is now seen all alone with Jason in the room, she is shading tears, she looks more sad than a rainy cloud, she is seen holding Jason's right hand, while Jason lays on the bed unconscious.
" I wish all this never happened, I lost my father because of this war, and now I'm about to lose Jason" Mira says in her thoughts, all this incidents makes her want to kill Barry on her own, but she knows that she can't.
something strange occurs, Jason is seen shaking on the bed like as though he was convulsing, his eyes then open wide and the color of his eyes changes from black to gold, he skin shone lighter than usual, his vain swells up as though he was pumping them, the color of his hair also changes to silver, which was the color of every half vampires hair.
Mira stood up from her seated position then runs outside to see if she could find Ben and she did.
" something is happening to him, come and look, she says while dragging him down to the room."
before they got there , Jason was already dressing up, he wore a manly look on his face. " ain't we going to find the book today or what" Jason says while buttoning the sleeve of his perfectly silked shirt. His hair was combed and perfectly drawn backwards, he now has fangs which almost pointed out of his mouth.
" Jason don't you remember anything that happened to you yesterday" Ben says while going closer to him in confusion
" well I did hear you and Mira discussing about me being a vampire, I guess that's what happened to me yesterday" Jason says while cracking his neck, you could hear it from an angle.
" and you are not worried about that" said Mira .
" well what has happened has happened, I also like my brand new look" Jason continues
" This is really big, you might even rejected by the team when you get to Amazon, ain't you worried about that." Benganon says,
" well I guess I can survive on my own now" Jason says while walking out of the room with a non-challant attitude.
" what is wrong with him, is the potion meant to make him rude," asked Mira .
" that's his Gene speaking, he now has vampire dna in him, so he would start behaving like them, I just hope he doesn't become blood thirsty.
Jason is now outside the room, he stands on a spot, sweeping the environment carefully with his eyes, but he isn't looking for anything he is just enjoying the sweet look of nature.
soon Min, Stanley and Jace approach him, " Good morrow my fare lord, I believe that you are now feeling better than ever." Min says while him and his brothers kneel before him.
" I am not your god, do not bow before me " Jason says with a not so rude tone, this made the brothers feel a little bit bad, but they didn't mind at all,
" My lord, you seem a bit unhappy today, is it because of yesterday, don't worry, you will get through with it sooner or later." min says
" I can't remember mentioning to you that I was unhappy" replied Jason
" well your frown could tell" Stanley says
" I am not angry." Jason added
" infact I am the most happiest person here today" Jason says.
" well I don't know what's with you and the attitude today, but whatever it is, stop feeling proud, I don't think it fits you" Jace countered , this made Jason really angry, that he walked away from them to avoid further annoyance
" please don't take it to heart, he is still getting used to becoming a vampire." said Benganon while coming out of the room with Mira.
" well as far as he is still Almagadin grand son, we owe no grudge against him" said min who also walked out on Benganon
" I don't really feel good about this" said Mira who went to speak with Jason
Jason is seen with Mira in a lonely environment, they are both seated on the grass looking up to the sky, they both of them are discussing, this was the first time Jason and Mira were having a conversation.
" so how does it feel to be a vampire," asked Mira
" well I feel more powerful than I have ever been, but I am hungry for human or animal blood, but I guess I have to control myself" Jason said.
" well I hope you know that all vampires always do the blood ritual annually, so you would have enough blood that would sustain you for a really long time." Mira announces to him" I do, that's why I am patiently waiting." Jason say.
soon he turns to Mira's direction and looks at the side of her face, Mira notices this and does the same to him, the both stare at each other, as though they were having a starring contest
" you have the prettiest eyes" Jason says with a flattery toon,she blushes and drops her head down. Jason raises her head back up and says " I have been meaning to tell you something"
" and what's that?" asked Mira
" I think I am in love with you" answered Jason, this makes Mira to blush more and more , it was as though butterflies were flying inside her stomach , a million thoughts were flying inside her head, she felt really happy on hearing this ,
" well don't you think this is going on a little bit to fast." Mira asked
"well....." before he could continue, Benganon yells his name and he had no choice but to answer to his call
" we will continue this discussion soon," said Jason while he leaves the scene, leaving Mira to keep thinking about him
