Clarissa calmed down enough to accept his apology as it was and admit to herself that he was right. She closed her eyes and looked up to the sky until she felt sane enough to talk to him calmly without wanting to completely strangle him. "Fine then, I'll accept your apology and I'll also stop trying to run off to go meet my father. So prove to me that my kingdom is truly safe." 

He held out his hand to her.

Clarissa stared at him like he had hit his head or something. 

He sighed and tried to hold back the smile playing by the side of his lips. "You don't expect me to take human years walking around now do you? "

"You don't expect me to let you teleport me again do you?"

This time he let the smile out. "Don't tell me that little wee bit of teleportation still has you so shaken."

When she glared at him, he chuckled and then smiled.
