บท 73: The Birds and the Bees

Tuzi returned to the cabin a little later by herself. Yin had decided to accompany Ping'er home to have some tea with the young woman's parents. Perhaps a friendly chat to help "soften" the atmosphere between the lady and her father specifically. Having known Ping'er since she was a child, Yin wanted to do anything she could to lend a hand in this difficult situation.

Tuzi set down the basket of freshly washed clothing in the bedroom before heading to the kitchen to start dinner. As she was doing so, the rabbit-shifter began to think about the conversation the women had down by the stream. 

What was this difficult task that Feng had to accomplish, to bring home joy?

Usually, Feng spoke to her about anything and everything. However, even in the deepest banks of her memories, she couldn't recall him ever mentioning anything about needing to accomplish a task.
