บท 137: A Visit to See an Elephant

With arms crossed over his chest, Taiga assessed the tall animal that stood proudly before him. The beast was a majestic creature. Though its nose and ears were quite disproportionate to its body, it was as beautiful as it was formidable. The boy had no doubt with its heavy weight and full muscled body, the elephant could easily crush any opponent which dared cross him.

"I expected it to be taller somehow," Taiga commented, while wondering how many rulers taller than him were the beast. Previously, others had informed him that elephants were as tall as two buildings combined. He can clearly see now they were gross exaggerations.

Hearing those words, Nomin chuckled in amusement. Though just a kid, Taiga was a tall fellow of nearly 6 feet, and he was still growing. They were almost the same height now. "Taiga, you are taller than most brats your age. If one didn't know better, you can almost pass for a young adult."
