The next stage that Virtya moved to see was the piping system.
The piping system was all over in the cement plant and even though Virtya didn't have the technology that could produce the pressure to move the contents inside the pipes forward, he had already came up with a plan on how he would enable the forward movement of those contents.
Firstly, the pipes themselves were made in the blacksmithing guild and they were only assembled at this place. Each pipe had different lengths and shapes, depending on what its function would be, like there were straight pipes that came in different lengths of 3 metres, 6metres, 2 metres, 10metres and 8 metres. There were also bent pipe that bent at angles of 90°, 45°, 30°, 20°, 70°, 50°, 150,° 170° and 110°.
The insides of these steel pipes was dominated by spiraling channel steels that were a part of the pipes themselves.
The contents inside the pipe would flow within these spiraling channels when the metal pipes were rotated and to ensure that the contents didn't flow backwardly, an addition of valves was added within the pipes.
Therefore, for the contents to move inside the pipes, the pipes themselves had to be rotated, so, the ends of the pipes were fixed with helical gears which would essure that the pipes rotated smoothly.
The helical gears had a wider diameter to enable them to wrap themselves onto the ends of the pipes. And the transmitted rotary motion would be connected to these helical gears which would then make the pipes to rotate.
One should know that the diameter of these pipes didn't come in small lengths because pipes with small diameters wouldn't be effective when the channel steels were added inside them.
After all, the penetration of the small diameter pipes might get blocked by the moving contents which would be expensive to maintain the repairs.
"We haven't finished installing all the pipes because there are some of the phases that haven't been completed but when they are completed, we will finalize the connection of the pipes." The supervisor involved with the connection of the pipes said to Virtya.
Actually, the cement plant had yet to be completed as Virtya could see that the kiln was still being worked on.
One should know that just like the turbine, the kiln was also complicated and the workers needed to be patient.
The kiln was almost 70 metres long as Virtya didn't want to build a preheater tower therefore, he decided to make the kiln longer to cater for the need of the preheater tower.

Virtya took his time to inspect all the phases of the cement plant and when he finished, he realized one thing.
The people that were selected to build this cement plant with him were competent and they had showed that they could be relied upon even if this was their first project.
However, there were some parts of the cement plant that had yet to be finished like the kiln and the clinker cooler, therefore, Virtya had decided to give them more time to finalize constructing the phases that they had yet to complete.
But there was something that Virtya could do right now thus,
Virtya's cohort went back to the banks of the waterfall.
"Your majesty, everything is now ready." The head of the fasteners said to Virtya.
"You can now activate the turbine." Virtya answered in a tired voice.
Quickly, the fasteners had to go down and allow the turbine to roll and it could be seen that the turbine rotated rapidly by the waterfall and as it rotated, it rotated the spur gears which were transmitting the rotary motion.
At every phase of the cement plant that needed to rotate, Virtya didn't forget to add a lever to the mechanism.
If it was one of the crushers, its lever was used to push the gears back to the rotation path and the lever was also used to pull the gears from the rotation path, therefore, Virtya could allow a part of this plant to continue moving while the other part that had yet to be finished could still remain inactive.
