If there was one thing that she knew then it was that a Balancer needed to be well aware of their own body and their Life Energy.

They needed to know their bodies' limitations so that they could know what they could or could not handle.

What was just as important was knowing the limitations of their Life Energy.

They needed to know how many spells or techniques could be used before they completely ran out of it.

If they ran out of Life Energy then their combat ability and usefulness in combat would be severely reduced.

If they knew of their limitations then they could carefully calculate the most effective ways to use their spells and techniques.

Not only that so that they could prevent themselves from carelessly using their Life Energy but they could coordinate with others who would provide ways to stall or provide openings for attacking at the right times.
