When Wren and Cardan arrived in Wren's room they kissed each other for a very long time and spent hours just doing that before they had finally pulled away from each other.

"Are you finally going to tell me what's bothering you?" Wren asked him as she lay in his arms drawing invisible circles on his chest.

Cardan hummed "It's about Austin..."

"Did he do something?!" Wren said ready to go after him at the mention of his next sentence.

"Far from it, he actually apologized for what he did" Cardan answered her.

Wren looked at him confused "...I didn't expect that especially considering how rude he was to my father and mother when I came to visit last year."
